Starting now and continuing until Serve Weekend (October 1-3) we will be collecting the items required to assemble Relief Kits, which will be distributed by Mennonite Central Committee to people whose lives have been disrupted by war or by disaster.
To facilitate purchase in bulk quantities and to benefit from a charitable donation receipt you can make financial donations marking your financial gift “MCC Relief Kits” (approx. cost is $80.00 to purchase items to fill each bucket), or you can bring items you purchase to the church during office hours, to be placed in the collection bin at the front entrance.
If you have gently used women's clothing or children's clothing, scarves, purses, shoes, etc., to donate for our Mom Care Boutique please bring them to church on Sunday morning or during office hours. We are also accepting ladies self care items. As part of Mom Care we are also cleaning and checking vehicles, so please email Kerry Komdeur if you’re like to be involved in that capacity.
